Responsibilities

• Conduct routine quality control tests on raw materials and finished products.
• Document and analyze test results, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure it is calibrated and functioning properly.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
• Prepare reports on quality findings and present them to management.
• Operate lab equipment and ensure proper maintenance and calibration.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality control.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• Previous experience in a quality control or laboratory environment is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and quality control methodologies.

• Experience testing in a manufacturing environment

• Experience performing tension, compression, and shear tests

• Experience in preparing chemical solutions

• Computer Skills using Excel and MS Office

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and laboratory software.
