🔍 What You’ll Do

Inspect sheet metal parts and assemblies to ensure they meet drawings and specifications
Use precision tools like calipers, micrometers, gauges, and measuring devices 📏
Check dimensions, tolerances, and finishes to make sure everything is spot-on
Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
Work with production teams to identify and fix quality issues quickly
Perform process audits to ensure manufacturing follows quality standards
Provide feedback to improve processes and prevent defects
Help maintain a culture where quality always comes first

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Experience in quality control in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
Sheet metal fabrication experience is a big plus
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Comfortable using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Someone who actually enjoys finding problems before customers do 👀
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with production teams

⭐ Bonus Points If You Have

Experience in sheet metal fabrication, welding, or machining
Familiarity with GD&T or advanced inspection techniques
Previous experience performing first article or final inspections
