🔍 What You’ll Do

• Inspect sheet metal parts and assemblies to ensure they meet drawings and specifications

• Use precision tools like calipers, micrometers, gauges, and measuring devices 📏

• Check dimensions, tolerances, and finishes to make sure everything is spot-on

• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records

• Work with production teams to identify and fix quality issues quickly

• Perform process audits to ensure manufacturing follows quality standards

• Provide feedback to improve processes and prevent defects

• Help maintain a culture where quality always comes first

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Experience in quality control in a manufacturing or fabrication environment

• Sheet metal fabrication experience is a big plus

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

• Comfortable using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

• Someone who actually enjoys finding problems before customers do 👀

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with production teams

• Experience in sheet metal fabrication, welding, or machining

• Familiarity with GD&T or advanced inspection techniques

• Previous experience performing first article or final inspections
