Schedule: 2nd Shift (Afternoon/Evening)

Availability: Must have open availability, including the ability to work up to 7 days a week and extensive overtime

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team in the Vernon area. This role is responsible for ensuring that all products meet company quality standards and specifications. The ideal candidate must be flexible, dependable, and able to handle a fast-paced environment with heavy overtime demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods for quality and accuracy
• Perform visual and measurement inspections using basic tools (calipers, gauges, etc.)
• Identify defects, inconsistencies, or non-conforming materials
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
• Communicate quality issues to supervisors and production teams
• Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations
• Support production teams in maintaining quality control procedures

Requirements

• Previous quality control or inspection experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot defects
• Basic knowledge of measuring tools and inspection processes
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible with schedule
• Open availability required (including weekends and extended hours)
• Comfortable working overtime and up to 7 days a week
