Quality Control Inspector

**Pay: **Starting at $20/hour.

Schedule: Day or night shift.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to inspect products and materials throughout the production process to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications. This position will be responsible for identifying defects, performing measurements and inspections, documenting results, and communicating quality concerns to the appropriate personnel. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good judgment, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products to verify they meet established quality standards and specifications.
• Perform visual inspections and use appropriate measuring and inspection tools to identify defects, inconsistencies, or dimensional issues.
• Compare products and measurements against blueprints, specifications, work orders, and established quality requirements.
• Document inspection results, measurements, defects, and other quality-related information accurately.
• Identify and report quality issues to production personnel and supervisors.
• Assist with investigating quality concerns and identifying potential causes of defects.
• Monitor production processes for consistency and compliance with established procedures.
• Verify that products are properly labeled, packaged, and completed according to specifications.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and other required quality documentation.
• Follow all quality control, safety, and production procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Qualifications:

• Previous quality control, quality inspection, manufacturing, or production experience is required.
• Must be willing and able to work either day or night shift.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Ability to use measuring and inspection tools accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Ability to identify defects, inconsistencies, and potential quality concerns.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to accurately document inspection results and maintain detailed records.
• Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to follow established procedures.
