We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Santa Fe Springs, CA. Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality metrics.
• Identify and report defects or non-conformities, and work with production teams to implement corrective actions.
• Perform routine audits of processes and procedures to ensure adherence to quality control protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to quality assurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality control or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using measuring and testing equipment.
