Job Description

Primary Responsibilites:

• Inspect welded pipe areas to ensure structural soundness and dimensional accuracy.
• Apply various Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) methods to verify quality standards.
• Communicate inspection results and collaborate with production teams for corrective action.

Job Duties:

• Record inspection data daily, including the number of welded ends and types of non-conformances.
• Accurately read and interpret technical drawings to determine product specifications.
• Use precise measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and pit gauges.
• Work in both indoor and outdoor environments for extended periods (minimum 8 hours).
• Perform physically active tasks including walking, bending, stooping, and lifting.
• Adhere strictly to all NOV, company, and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) guidelines.

Education and Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of 6 months of Assembly, Quality Inspection, Quality Control, or Industrial Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Must achieve at least 80% on a basic math and reading comprehension exam.
• Basic computer skills required for data entry and reporting.
• Must pass an Industrial Eye Exam with near visual acuity.
