Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities.
• Identify and report defects or non-conformities, and work with production teams to implement corrective actions.
• Perform routine audits of production processes to ensure adherence to quality protocols.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and improve quality control procedures.
• Assist in training new team members on quality control practices and standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in quality assurance or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and specifications.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using measurement tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
