Job Summary:
The Quality Control Coordinator (QCC) serves as a critical link between plant inspection activities and cross-functional corporate stakeholders. With a primary focus on the Nonconforming Material Report (NCMR) System, the QCC owns the accuracy, progression, and closure of NCMR records, including disposition, root cause analysis, and actions to correct and mitigate the issue. This role ensures full alignment between NCMR data and the ERP System to maintain accurate inventory status, material traceability, and synchronization between physical material and system records in support of efficient production flow and compliance with quality requirements. The QCC works collaboratively with Inspectors, Production, Warehouse (Cycle Counting Team), Project Managers, Supply Chain, and Quality teams, at all levels of the organization to facilitate effective material movement, audit readiness, quality reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives that drive consistent, high-quality outcomes
Principle Responsibilities:

Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required; experience maintaining data logs, reports, and metrics preferred.
1-3 years of experience in a quality role within a manufacturing or similar POP (point-of-purchase) environment is encouraged, with a familiarity with nonconforming management, LN (ERP System) or quality documentation processes preferred.
Ability to read engineering prints and working knowledge of GD&T is a benefit.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
Experience in Metal fabrication and/or injection molding environments strongly preferred.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
