PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Administrator to support an industry-leading aerospace contract manufacturing environment in Irvine, CA. In this critical role, you'll help ensure quality documentation accuracy, support compliance requirements, and contribute to the successful delivery of products that support some of the world's most advanced aerospace programs.

As a Quality Assurance Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting quality operations and maintaining compliance with customer and industry standards by:
Compiling and reviewing AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) for completeness, accuracy, and customer compliance
Preparing and maintaining customer quality data packs, including certifications, inspection reports, material traceability records, and process documentation
Uploading, submitting, and managing quality documentation through aerospace customer portals
Maintaining quality records in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
Supporting internal and external audits by organizing and retrieving required documentation
Collaborating with Quality Engineers, Production, Purchasing, and Planning teams to gather necessary records and certifications
Tracking document status and ensuring timely submission to meet customer delivery schedules
Assisting with document control activities, revision management, and record retention requirements
Communicating professionally with customers regarding quality documentation questions and requests
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Management System (QMS)
High school diploma or equivalent
2–3 years of experience in a Quality, Manufacturing, or Aerospace environment
Working knowledge of AS9102 First Article Inspection requirements
Experience compiling and submitting aerospace customer data packs
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with aerospace customer portals and electronic document submission systems
Strong attention to detail and commitment to document accuracy
Excellent organizational, time management, and recordkeeping skills
Effective written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Associate degree or higher
Experience within a contract manufacturing aerospace environment
Familiarity with AS9100 Quality Management Systems
Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or NetSuite
Previous experience supporting customer or third-party audits
SharePoint experience
