Job Overview:

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Audit random bins and built kits to verify accuracy.
  • Document all errors and findings in a spreadsheet with attention to detail.
  • Support cross‑training activities in other departments, including Receiving and Kitting.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year of warehouse experience or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of electrical assembly experience (required).
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to follow clear instructions.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to read and follow established processes and policies.
  • Problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs; tools are available to assist with heavier items.
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Working knowledge of JD Edwards or other warehouse management systems.
  • Previous experience in a quality‑focused role.
