Quality Auditor

Overview:

Aegis Worldwide is curently partnered with a pharmaceutical manufacturer.

Responsibilities

• Review and release production batches while ensuring compliance with GMP and GLP standards.
• Conduct quality audits and inspections of incoming raw materials and finished products.
• Support investigations into customer complaints, non-conformance issues, manufacturing deviations, and product quality concerns.
• Collaborate with Quality Control, Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Safety, and Supply Chain teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, service requests, and sample submissions for internal and external testing.
• Assist with internal quality audits, new hire training, and document retention activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a physical science preferred, or a minimum of 2 years of quality auditing experience.
• Ability to work comfortably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical report writing.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with GMP/GLP regulations and quality systems preferred.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and root cause analysis skills highly desirable.
