We are hiring aQuality Assurance Technicianto ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Quality Manager to measure, test, and document product data throughout the production process.
What You’ll Do:
- Interpret engineering drawings and measure parts accurately using calipers, micrometers, and other tools.
- Perform various tests (destructive, non-destructive, life-cycle) and document results.
- Inspect incoming materials and approve/reject as needed.
- Support internal and external audits with the Quality Manager.
- Halt production when necessary to address quality concerns, including overseeing purges or quarantines.
- Assist in creating documentation for customer submissions and reports.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to maintain high-quality standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing quality control.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and measurement requirements.
- Experience with quality tools and basic statistical process control (SPC) concepts.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and Acrobat.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator who collaborates well with teams.
- Must have a valid driver’s license. English required; bilingual skills are a plus.
