Key Responsibilities:

*Interpretation of technical drawings and specifications.

*Execution of uniformity assessments on industrial furnaces.

*Troubleshooting of electrical issues.

*Diagnostic work on gas, water, and air systems.

*Programming and problem-solving in PLC, operator interfaces, communication systems, and frequency drives.

*Conducting quality evaluations on assembled industrial furnaces.

*Data entry and management using Microsoft Office suite.

*Collaborating with other departments to solve problems and improve processes.

*Involvement in teams for the enhancement of manufacturing, design, and quality.

*Occasional travel for installation and commissioning of furnace and oven systems.

*Maintaining cleanliness, quality, and safety standards.

Key Requirements:

*Educational Background: Associate's degree from a technical college, completion of an accredited apprenticeship, or comparable training/experience in an electrical/electronic field.

*Language Proficiency: Skilled in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints, and effective communication with clients and colleagues.

*Mathematical Ability: Competent in basic mathematics including fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.

*Analytical Skills: Capable of addressing practical problems and interpreting diverse instructions.

*Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

*Electrical training, especially in high-voltage environments.

*Expertise in temperature control systems, PLCs, and troubleshooting techniques.

You should be proficient in:

  • PLC Troubleshooting Skills
  • PLC Programming Experience
  • PLC Wiring Experience

Machines & technologies you'll use:

  • Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) (Allen Bradley)
