Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician (Night Shift)

Schedule: 12-hour shifts | 2-3-2 rotation (12 AM–12 PM)

Type: Full-Time

Location:Pollocksville, NC

Pay Based on Experience: $16-19/hr

Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Quality Assurance Technician with extrusion experience to help ensure top-tier product quality across our manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in maintaining high standards.

What You’ll Do

• Perform in-process and final product quality inspections
• Test materials and products using lab and precision equipment
• Troubleshoot extrusion line issues alongside production teams
• Document inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions
• Support customer quality concerns, returns, and resolutions
• Train team members on quality standards and best practices
• Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality systems, and procedures

What You Bring

• 2+ years of QA experience in manufacturing (extrusion preferred)
• Strong knowledge of extrusion processes and testing equipment
• Experience with quality systems (e.g., ISO standards)
• Ability to analyze problems and implement solutions (8D experience a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Proficiency with documentation tools (Excel, Word, PDF)

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods
• Willingness to work in a production environment (heat, noise, etc.)
• Must have a high school diploma
• Background check and drug testing required.
