Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our manufacturing team in a Quality Assurance role. This position supports the production of high-quality products by ensuring accuracy and adherence to established standards throughout various stages of manufacturing.

Quality Assurance responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Inspecting and verifying assembled circuit boards

• Supporting testing and repair processes

• Monitoring machine operations to ensure compliance with quality specifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections of assembled and tested circuit boards to ensure quality and functionality

• Operate machinery and tools while monitoring for adherence to product specifications

• Identify and document quality issues and collaborate with team members to resolve them

• Maintain clean and organized work areas to uphold safety and quality standards

• Accurately follow written procedures, production schedules, and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to product accuracy and consistency

• Ability to stand, walk, move, lift, and sit for extended periods

• Willingness and availability to work full shifts, arrive on time, and work overtime as needed

• Capable of meeting all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations

• Previous experience in assembly, machine operation, or quality control is preferred but not required
