** Quality Assurance Technician**

Pay: $18/hour

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. This position is expected to cover a maternity leave and may have the opportunity to become a full-time role based on business needs and future staffing plans.

Responsibilities:

• Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
• Conduct basic testing, including pH, temperature, and texture evaluations
• Maintain accurate quality and production records
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and SSOP standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Support production operations as needed

Qualifications:

• Attention to detail and commitment to food safety and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Previous QA/QC or food manufacturing experience preferred but not required
