Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Mountainhome, PA. Responsibilities

Lead and manage the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with AS9100 standards.
Conduct thorough quality inspections and audits of products and processes.
Utilize Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Oversee the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process to ensure timely and effective product launches.
Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to enhance product quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and best practices.
Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proven experience in quality inspection and assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).
Familiarity with AS9100 standards and quality management systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred.
