Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Analyze quality data and metrics to drive decision-making and enhance product quality.
Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in quality assurance tools and software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
