Position Overview:
As a Quality Assurance (QA) Associate, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our products meet exacting customer specifications and industry standards. -You’ll be part of a team that holds quality at the center of everything we do.

This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who takes pride in accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform start-up and in-process inspections on printed products (labels and shrink sleeves)
Verify job specifications, color standards, and die lines during production runs
Document and communicate any defects or deviations from quality standards
Maintain detailed quality records and inspection documentation
Collaborate with production to correct quality issues to ensure product quality
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and customer specifications
Help enforce GMP, ISO, and/or industry-specific quality requirements

What You Bring:

Previous experience in a quality control/quality assurance role preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and ability to detect minor defects in print and finishing
Familiarity with measurement tools (e.g., calipers, templates, rulers)
Basic computer and data entry skills
Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in QA, printing, or manufacturing is a plus

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, inks, and chemicals.
Fast-paced production setting with strict quality and efficiency requirements.
