Position Overview:
 As a Quality Assurance (QA) Associate, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our products meet exacting customer specifications and industry standards. -You’ll be part of a team that holds quality at the center of everything we do.

This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who takes pride in accuracy and consistency. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform start-up and in-process inspections on printed products (labels and shrink sleeves)
• Verify job specifications, color standards, and die lines during production runs
• Document and communicate any defects or deviations from quality standards
• Maintain detailed quality records and inspection documentation
• Collaborate with production to correct quality issues to ensure product quality
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and customer specifications
• Help enforce GMP, ISO, and/or industry-specific quality requirements

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in a quality control/quality assurance role preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to detect minor defects in print and finishing
• Familiarity with measurement tools (e.g., calipers, templates, rulers)
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in QA, printing, or manufacturing is a plus

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, inks, and chemicals.
• Fast-paced production setting with strict quality and efficiency requirements.
