In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Support Corrective Action/Preventive Action process to drive continuous improvement.
Support Customer Quality Complaints (Warranty Claim) process to reduce internal processing time and achieve warranty approval metric, lead root cause identification and corrective action implementation for issues.
Support first-article inspection process to ensure consistency from suppliers.
Support supplier improvement communication activities.
Support material verification and site quality testing activities.
Lead internal process/quality audits.
Lead supplier quality audits and assessments.
Assure quality of all operations through conformance to internal/external requirements.
Assist in making equipment and process decisions to support long-term business levels.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or other technical discipline.
Ability to travel up to 10%.
