We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Quality Analyst to lead quality management efforts and ensure conformance to quality requirements at our Norfolk, Virginia shipyard facility. As a subject matter expert in quality management, you will provide technical expertise and guidance on quality processes, customer requirements, and project management, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and compliance with requirements.

Required Skills and Education

• Typically requires a High School diploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of Ship Repair related experience 
• Experience with NAVSEA Standard Items and Navy Repair work specifications 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications 
• Ability to work and support operations in a shipyard environment 
• Experience with IFS for TIP Management
• NBPI or NACE Certification
• Quality Control Supervisor (QCS) certification
• Experience with AMPP/QP1 requirements
