Broadridge is growing! We are actively seeking a Quality and Training Supervisor for our South Windsor facility.
This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time.
Responsibilities:
Quality Operations
Lead quality investigations and root-cause analyses
Prepare accurate, timely quality reports and communicate trends
Support internal audits and ensure compliance readiness
Oversee inspection processes and verify adherence to quality standards
Partner with operations to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Leadership & Team Development
Provide leadership, coaching, and support for quality team members
Promote a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous learning
Training & Development
Lead development, delivery, and oversight of quality and operational training programs
Maintain and update training materials, SOPs, work instructions, and certification requirements
Conduct training needs assessments using audit results and performance data
Collaborate with operational managers to ensure training programs meet expectations, regulatory requirements, and operational goals
Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements
Coordinate training rollout across multiple shifts and departments
Facilitate group training, hands on demonstrations, and one on one coaching
Track training completion and maintain accurate training compliance records
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in quality assurance or operational quality
Strong investigative, analytical, and technical writing skills
Working knowledge of auditing principles and inspection processes
Experience with quality tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone, LEAN, Six Sigma, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous supervisory experience
Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or service quality environments
Certifications such as CQT, CQI, or Six Sigma, LEAN
Familiarity with ISO standards or related quality frameworks
Experience using AI driven tools to strengthen quality investigations and decision making
Bachelor’s degree in quality, Engineering, Operations, or equivalent experience
Experience developing or updating SOPs, work instructions, and training documents
Shift: Monday - Friday 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
The salary range for this position is: $65,000 - $75,000 annual. Bonus Eligible.
