QC Line Inspector

Pay: $22 - $24 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Line Inspector to join our production team. The QC Line Inspector will monitor production processes, inspect products for quality and compliance, identify defects, and ensure products meet established specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of products throughout the production process.
• Verify products meet quality specifications, drawings, procedures, and customer requirements.
• Identify, document, and report defects, deviations, and quality issues.
• Perform first-piece, line inspections, and final inspections as required.
• Use basic inspection tools and measuring equipment.
• Complete inspection reports, checklists, and other quality documentation accurately.
• Communicate quality concerns to production supervisors and quality personnel.
• Help identify recurring defects and support corrective actions.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous quality inspection, manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and basic technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to use calipers, gauges, measuring tools, or similar inspection equipment.
• Good communication and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive inspection tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of quality control or manufacturing inspection experience.
• Experience with ISO, GMP, or other quality systems.
• Blueprint or technical drawing reading experience.
• Experience using inspection documentation or quality management systems.
