Position: QC Inspector

Shifts: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Openings

Job Summary:

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented QC Inspectors to join our team. The QC Inspector will be responsible for inspecting products and materials to ensure they meet company quality standards and specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect finished products and components for quality and accuracy.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections.
• Identify defects, inconsistencies, or quality issues.
• Use inspection tools and equipment as required.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
• Follow established quality control procedures and safety guidelines.
• Communicate quality issues to supervisors and production teams.
• Assist with investigating and resolving quality problems.
• Ensure products meet customer and company specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Qualifications:

• Previous QC/Quality Inspector experience preferred.
• Manufacturing or production experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to use inspection equipment and measuring tools.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be dependable and have good attendance.

You should be proficient in:

• Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA)
• FDA Regulations
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
