Job Purpose: 

To check products standards by inspecting samples, reporting defects to ensure that manufacturing standards are met.  

Essential Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Maintains Quality standards including inspecting products and recording all product defects.
• Carry out quality checks, pulling samples to ensure that all products and services meet manufacturing standards.
• Provides feedback to the Production staff regarding sample quality.
• Assists in maintaining written documentation and inspection controls.
• Provides a labeling system.
• Responsible for meeting deadlines.
• Report time and production results accurately.
• Suggest improvements, cooperate with other departments, and improve your knowledge of SG360 and the graphic arts industry.
• Follow proper work procedures, comply with SG360 policies and obey safety and security rules. 
• Overtime may be required occasionally to meet the needs of our customers.

Education/Experience:

• Some high school preferred.
• Some printing experience preferred.

Physical:

• Some lifting, squatting and sorting required.
