What You’ll Do

• Be the backbone of Quality Assurance by collecting, reviewing, and validating production documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen processes and maintain high-quality standards
• Perform and support inspections, audits, and compliance programs, including metal detector verification, sanitation checks, and pest control monitoring
• Train and support employees on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety, and sanitation procedures
• Identify non-conformities, investigate issues, and help develop corrective actions that improve product quality and customer satisfaction
• Partner closely with the Quality Manager to update procedures and support new quality initiatives

What You Bring to the Table

• 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry, with exposure to Quality Assurance and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• High school diploma or GED required
• PCQI (Preventive Controls for Human Food) certification is a strong plus
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a self-motivated mindset
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English is required
