Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and tests on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Document and report any quality issues or non-conformities, and work with production teams to implement corrective actions.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of quality assurance procedures and protocols.
• Participate in internal audits and support external audits as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of testing and inspection results, ensuring traceability and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in food science, biology, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in quality assurance within the food or beverage manufacturing industry preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, HACCP).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
