Solid understanding of trailer production processes.
Dependable and capable of leading small groups when needed.
Strong interpersonal skills with a team-first mindset.
Attention to detail with the ability to spot safety or quality issues.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to use hand and power tools, read drawings, and use measuring equipment.
Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift and or carry up to 50 pounds at times.
Ability to stand, walk, and move around the manufacturing area for extended periods.
Must be able to bend at the waist, kneel, and squat, walk, climb up and down ladders/scaffolding, stoop, push, pull and/or carry materials.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Must be able to work in hot or cold environments.
Must be able to work in indoor or outdoor environments.
May be exposed to welding, grinding, paint fumes, and machinery noise.
