Job Description
You will be the Manufacturing Process Engineer for the Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) team. Our team is responsible for developing and supporting manufacturing processes for printed wiring boards, driving collaboration across the shops and labs to ensure efficient and effective production.
What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining work instructions, developing rework/repair instructions, and validating processes and new equipment to support the Dallas electrical shop PWB operation. You will also assist in design and producibility reviews, initiate process improvements, and interface with shop floor personnel, shop management, and program management. Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and maintaining work instructions and task lists
• Creating rework/repair instructions from service notifications
• Assisting in design and producibility reviews
• Initiating process improvements and validating processes and new equipment
• Interfacing with shop floor personnel, shop management, and program management
• Driving collaboration across the shops and labs

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, electrical, or chemical engineering, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• 1+Years of professional experience.
• Must be a US citizen with ability to obtain a secret security clearance.
Desired skills
• Able to interpret drawings and specifications to develop and translate into work instructions is strongly desired.
• Manufacturing experience
• Experience in troubleshooting problems and developing solutions.
• Process Development and/or Improvement experience.
• Familiarity with Standards (AS 91000 / AS9102), IPC, J-STD, and MIL-STSD specifications.
• Familiarity with root cause/corrective action definition.
• Ability to liaison between Production.
• Manufacturing software programs.

Ability to work remotely
Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $67,000 - $117,990. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
