Job Overview:

Enjet Aero machines and fabricates complex jet engine parts, components and assemblies for leading OEMs in the commercial, defense and general aviation sectors. Position Description:

The purchasing assistant will have a background in purchasing with knowledge of issuing purchase orders to approved vendor lists. Able to multi-task and work with various departments on departmental needs and requirements. This candidate will also be our site safety lead.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Order all Office, Shop and other Supplies as directed by your supervisor; follow up with vendors and maintain good working relationships with vendors.
  • Maintain proper inventory of all purchased items
  • Act as the site safety lead, coordinating inspections, fire drills etc.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers, supervisor, and other staff to ensure purchasing requirements are met.
  • Other duties as directed by supervisor


  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Epicor experience a plus
  • Aerospace industry experience a plus
  • Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Microsoft office experience required
