Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Responsible for matching PO numbers to packing slips
- Scanning packing slips into DAX and Nimbello
- Monitor backorders
- Keep track of late vendors
- Process PO Number confirmation
- File open and completed POs
- Maintaining an organized filing system
- Manage RGMs
- Order non-production supplies and call for trash pickup
- Maintain cleanliness of office and assist with physical inventory
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Microsoft Office – Excel Proficient
- Must be able to read blue prints
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
