Overview

We are seeking a Purchasing and Inventory Control Manager to join our team at our facility located in Rockford, IL, 61109. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, experience in a manufacturing environment, sourcing and procurement experience, and supplier negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all purchasing and inventory control activities
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize cost savings
• Source and procure materials, equipment, and services
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
• Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and plan inventory levels
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and reduce costs

Qualifications
