Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust punch press machines according to specifications and production requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on punch press equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Document production activities and maintain accurate records of machine settings and maintenance performed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in punch press setup and operation, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
