Job Description

We’re hiring Punch Press Operators to join our team in Schaumburg, IL. This is a lightweight machine operator role, perfect for individuals with great attention to detail. No steel-toed boots required–clean and safety-conscious environment.

**Highlights: **

• **2nd Shift **(2:00PM – 10:00PM): $17.50/hour

• **3rd Shift **(10:00PM – 6:00AM): $18.75/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate up to 3 punch presses or 1 special-purpose press

• Load coils of plastic or rubber into the machine

• Monitor and adjust machines to meet product specs

• Perform part inspections using gauges, micrometers, and templates

• Ability to use Scanner and Computer to log material and orders

• Complete daily production paperwork accurately

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

• Cross-train on various machines and support shift transitions

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1+ year of production or machine operating experience preferred

• Basic mechanical understanding and ability to follow procedures

• Strong attention to detail

• Must be comfortable wearing required PPE (ear protection, dust mask)

• Must pass a drug test and background check prior to starting
