We are looking for 1st and 2nd Shift Punch Press Operator to join our growing team in New Hope, MN.

Responsibilities

• Ability to manage multiple machines including automatic machines.
• Inspects work pieces for conformance to specifications and adjusts machine to correct errors.
• Cleans lubricates, and has the ability to do maintenance on machines.
• Maintains inventory accuracy.
• Positions workpiece against fixtures or stops on the machine bed or on the die.
• Operates forklifts.
• Ability to convert fractions to decimals and decimals to fractions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of varied manufacturing experience 
• Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team
• Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to the mission
• Flexible and able to multi-task; can work with an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems
