As a vital part of our manufacturing process, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining punch press machinery to produce high-quality metal components. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate punch press machines according to specifications and production schedules.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency, making adjustments as necessary.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on punch press equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Document production activities and report any issues to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or manufacturing is a plus.
• Proven experience as a punch press operator or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot punch press machinery effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
