NW Industrial Staffing is currently seeking a** route driver** for one of Eugene’s largest sanitation companies with a proud history of providing great service for their customers, and the community. This is a full-time evaluation to hire a position on a day shift that will require working outside in all seasons.

What we are seeking:

• 3+ years of Deliver Driving Experience in a box truck or similar vehicle
• Must have a valid Oregon Driver’s License
• Individuals with a clean 5-year driving record.
• Ability to clean and sanitize portable units quickly and efficiently
• Previous forklift experience.
• A good working knowledge of the street geography of Lane County.
• Great Customer Service Skills
• The ability to keep accurate logs and receipts of transactions that occur daily while picking up portable restrooms.
• Can Work independently
• The ability to lift 75 lbs. on a consistent basis.
• Great communication with dispatcher and customers.
• The ability to work overtime as needed, especially in the summer.
• Great attendance, punctuality and work ethic. (Must have flexibility with work schedule)

JOB DETAILS:

• Location: Lane County, Oregon.
• Days: Must have flexibility but there is 2 days off each week
• Shift: Days
• Hours: 5:00 AM to 4:30PM (expect overtime)
• Pay: $24/h to $28/h (DOE)
