**Pay & Schedule
**
**1st
Shift:** Monday-Friday, 6:45AM-3:00PM, $18.00/hour
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:45 PM-11:00 PM, $20.00/hour
**3rd
Shift:** Monday-Thursday, 9:45PM-8:00AM, $21.00/hour
**4th
Shift:** Fri, Sat and Sun (work 36 hours paid for 40) 6:45AM-7:00PM, $22.00/hour
**5th
Shift:** Fri, Sat and Sun (work 36 hours paid for 40) 6:45PM-7:00AM, $23.00/hour
**Job Responsibilities
**
- Stack fiberglass products on storage shelves
- Cut finished products to specifications
- Load machines with raw materials
- Monitor production equipment
- Read setup sheets and production orders
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards
- Assist with machine setup and shutdown
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
**Qualifications
**
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, squat, and reach throughout the shift
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable with a positive attitude
- Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
