Primary Responsibilities
- Assess project needs and gather all required specifications for accurate quoting.
- Manage and submit RFQs and bid packages in compliance with guidelines.
- Develop competitive, precise quotes aligned with pricing structures and market conditions.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and other departments to align on customer requirements.
- Maintain records of proposals, quotes, and project documentation.
Job Duties
- Enter and track opportunities in the CRM system for effective follow-up.
- Communicate with customers to clarify details, answer inquiries, and provide proposal updates.
- Monitor proposal success rates and collect customer feedback for improvement.
- Identify process improvements in proposal development and contribute to efficiency gains.
- Support the sales team in meeting project timelines and customer expectations.
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Experience in proposal development, quoting, or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM system experience a plus.
