## Responsibilities

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property services and improvements.
Prepare and manage the property budget, including rent collection and expense tracking.
Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.

Qualifications
