Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a client base in Conroe, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experience while supervising staff and managing administrative and operational duties.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests and resolve concerns promptly.
- Supervise and schedule front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance staff.
- Ensure all facilities, and common areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Monitor reservations, guest check-ins/check-outs, and occupancy.
- Manage inventory and order supplies.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and budgets.
- Enforce campground policies and safety procedures.
- Assist with special events and guest activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Previous experience in property management, hospitality, campground, hotel, or RV park management preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and reservation systems preferred).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
