Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our team in Appleton, WI. This part-time position offers 30 hours per week, providing a great opportunity for individuals looking to make a positive impact in property management. As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and safe for all residents and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff.
• Assist with landscaping and outdoor maintenance as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
• Collaborate with management to prioritize and schedule repairs and improvements.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
