Job Overview:
Maintenance Technician – Residential & Commercial Properties (Yuba-Sutter Area)
We’re partnering with a long-standing property management company in the Yuba-Sutter area to bring on a Maintenance Technician. This is a full-time, hands-on role supporting residential and commercial properties with day-to-day maintenance and repair needs. While prior experience is helpful, the right candidate with a solid mechanical mindset and willingness to learn may be trained.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Perform general maintenance tasks such as light plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, and minor carpentry
Respond to maintenance requests from tenants in a timely and professional manner
Conduct walkthroughs and basic inspections to identify potential maintenance issues
Install, repair, or replace fixtures, appliances, and other property equipment
Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of grounds and common areas
Collaborate with outside vendors or contractors for larger projects when needed
Track maintenance activity and supplies used for accurate reporting
Who We’re Looking For:
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and general maintenance equipment
Basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems is a plus (not required)
Organized, dependable, and able to manage time well
Capable of working independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a strong sense of safety and quality
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Flexible to be on-call for occasional after-hours emergencies
Pay & Schedule:
$18.00–$20.00hr (based on experience)
Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
