Property Maintenance Technician – Willoughby, OH

Pay: $20–$25/hour (DOE)

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on residential/commercial properties
• Work with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
• Complete unit turns and preventative maintenance
• Maintain building interior/exterior, including grounds and cleanup
• Handle emergency repairs as needed
• Interact professionally with tenants and team members

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Minimum 2 years of property maintenance experience
• Ability to use power tools and complete repairs independently
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work on your feet
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
