Job Description

We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated Property Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and repairs at residential rental properties throughout Richmond. This is not apartment maintenance; the employee will travel between individual residential properties using a company vehicle.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs at residential properties.
• Troubleshoot issues and determine appropriate repairs.
• Perform carpentry, handyman, and general property-maintenance work.
• Must have a clean driving record due to operating a company vehicle.
• Property maintenance, carpentry, construction, handyman, or other skilled-trade experience preferred.
• Must be mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot problems.
• Must be dependable, responsible, and capable of working independently.
• Looking for someone who does not need to be micromanaged and can take ownership of their daily responsibilities.
