Property Maintenance Techncian

A local property management company is seeking a Property Maintenance Techician for their Ann Arborlocation.

What you’ll be doing as a Property Maintenance Techncian

• Completing service requests for tenants
• Providing excellent customer service
• Demolition and clean up
• Staging materials in work areas
• Carpentry, drywall, painting, light electrical, light plumbing, light HVAC, flooring repair, cabinets, countertops and appliance repair

What you’ll need to succeed as a Property Maintenance Techncian

• 2+ years of building maintenance and/or construction experience
• Strong understanding of shop safety and material handling procedures
• HS diploma or equivalent

Additional information for the Property Maintenance Techncian

• $21.74 hourly
• Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
• Ann Arbor, 48104
