Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities for the property.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Oversee vendor relationships and manage contracts for outsourced services.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, budgets, and inventory.
• Respond promptly to tenant requests and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Assist in the development of the annual maintenance budget and monitor expenses.
