Express Employment Professionals is hiring Property Maintenance Technicians on behalf of multiple clients.

Work Locations: Pitcairn, Whitehall, Hazelwood, Duquesne, Greentree, Oakland, Castle Shannon, Shadyside

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Pay Rate: Starting at $20+/hour (Based on Experience)

We are actively hiring for multiple Property Maintenance positions supporting a variety of properties, including hotels and residential housing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across multiple properties

• Complete painting, drywall, plumbing, and basic electrical work

• Troubleshoot and repair minor issues in units and common areas

• Repair walls, doors, fixtures, and other building components

• Perform cosmetic repairs to maintain property appearance

• Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders

• Travel to different property locations as needed

• Work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently

Qualifications:

• Experience with painting, drywall, plumbing, and basic electrical work

• Strong general maintenance skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to travel between properties

• Must have a valid driver’s license

• Must have reliable transportation
